We identify the high potential candidates, often before the need arises. As a result of our tenure, we have known many of our candidates since they were in entry level positions. This gives us the advantage of observing their accomplishments and career paths over the years and therefore we can more objectively assess their strengths and weaknesses. With this knowledge we are better able to match our clients' goals with our candidates' objectives.
